We take great care in formulating, packaging, and delivering our herbal and wellness products.
This Refund & Return Policy outlines how we handle returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations for both Pakistani and international customers.

  1. General Return Policy

Due to the natural and perishable nature of herbal products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions such as:

  • Receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • Receiving a product that has expired or was compromised during transit.

To maintain product integrity, opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

  1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

A refund or replacement may be approved if:

  • You contact us within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your order.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You provide photo or video evidence of the issue (damage, incorrect item, etc.).
  • You have a valid order number or invoice from AamirWellness.com.

If your claim is approved, we will either:

  • Replace the product at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full or partial refund (excluding shipping fees, if applicable).
  1. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items purchased during a sale or promotion
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Custom-made or special-order herbal blends
  • Digital products, consultations, or downloadable materials (if offered)
  1. Domestic (Pakistan) Returns
  • If your order qualifies for return, our team will guide you through the return process.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).
  • Refunds are processed via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 7–10 business days after receiving and verifying the returned item.
  1. International Returns

For international customers:

  • We currently do not offer free international returns due to customs complexities.
  • If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at contact@aamirwellness.com  with photos/videos.
  • In most cases, we may offer a partial refund or replacement without requiring the item to be shipped back.
  • Shipping and customs duties are non-refundable.
  1. Order Cancellations
  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or modified.
  • To request cancellation, please email us at contact@aamirwellness.com with your order number.
  1. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or missing item:

  1. Report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, clear photos, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Our team will verify and respond within 2 business days with a solution — either a replacement, credit, or refund.
  1. Refund Timeline

Once your refund is approved:

  • Domestic Orders: 7–10 business days
  • International Orders: 10–20 business days (depending on payment method and bank policies)

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used during checkout whenever possible.

  1. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for the same product if:

  • The product was received in damaged or unusable condition, and
  • The replacement request is submitted within the allowed timeframe.
  1. Lost Packages

If your order is lost during shipment:

  • We will investigate with the courier.
  • If confirmed lost, we will offer a free replacement or full refund.
  • For international orders, please note that customs delays are not considered lost packages until 30 days after dispatch.
  1. Policy Exceptions

Aamir Wellness reserves the right to refuse any refund or return if:

  • There is evidence of product misuse or tampering.
  • The return request falls outside the stated time limits.
  • The issue is due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., customs confiscation, courier delays).
