We take great care in formulating, packaging, and delivering our herbal and wellness products.
This Refund & Return Policy outlines how we handle returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations for both Pakistani and international customers.
- General Return Policy
Due to the natural and perishable nature of herbal products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions such as:
- Receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- Receiving a product that has expired or was compromised during transit.
To maintain product integrity, opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
A refund or replacement may be approved if:
- You contact us within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your order.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You provide photo or video evidence of the issue (damage, incorrect item, etc.).
- You have a valid order number or invoice from AamirWellness.com.
If your claim is approved, we will either:
- Replace the product at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full or partial refund (excluding shipping fees, if applicable).
- Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on:
- Opened or used products
- Items purchased during a sale or promotion
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Custom-made or special-order herbal blends
- Digital products, consultations, or downloadable materials (if offered)
- Domestic (Pakistan) Returns
- If your order qualifies for return, our team will guide you through the return process.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).
- Refunds are processed via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 7–10 business days after receiving and verifying the returned item.
- International Returns
For international customers:
- We currently do not offer free international returns due to customs complexities.
- If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at contact@aamirwellness.com with photos/videos.
- In most cases, we may offer a partial refund or replacement without requiring the item to be shipped back.
- Shipping and customs duties are non-refundable.
- Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or modified.
- To request cancellation, please email us at contact@aamirwellness.com with your order number.
- Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged package or missing item:
- Report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number, clear photos, and a brief description of the issue.
- Our team will verify and respond within 2 business days with a solution — either a replacement, credit, or refund.
- Refund Timeline
Once your refund is approved:
- Domestic Orders: 7–10 business days
- International Orders: 10–20 business days (depending on payment method and bank policies)
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used during checkout whenever possible.
- Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for the same product if:
- The product was received in damaged or unusable condition, and
- The replacement request is submitted within the allowed timeframe.
- Lost Packages
If your order is lost during shipment:
- We will investigate with the courier.
- If confirmed lost, we will offer a free replacement or full refund.
- For international orders, please note that customs delays are not considered lost packages until 30 days after dispatch.
- Policy Exceptions
Aamir Wellness reserves the right to refuse any refund or return if:
- There is evidence of product misuse or tampering.
- The return request falls outside the stated time limits.
- The issue is due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., customs confiscation, courier delays).
