These Terms of Use govern how you — as a client or visitor — engage with our online naturopathy, herbal wellness, and lifestyle consultation services.
By booking, purchasing, or participating in a consultation session (online or through digital communication), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. Nature of Service

  • Aamir Wellness & Research Center offers educational and wellness consultations focused on natural health, herbal guidance, nutrition, detox, and lifestyle improvement.
  • Our consultations are not medical diagnoses and do not replace care from a licensed physician or other registered medical professional.
  • The purpose of each consultation is to guide you toward natural lifestyle balance and holistic self-care through personalized herbal, dietary, and lifestyle suggestions.

2. Professional Scope & Limitations

  • Consultations are conducted by qualified practitioners with recognized credentials (e.g., BEMS, M.Phil Phytomedicine).
  • Practitioners do not prescribe allopathic medications, alter medical prescriptions, or perform medical procedures.
  • Clients are advised to consult their physician before starting or discontinuing any medication or treatment.
  • The recommendations are based on traditional herbal principles and naturopathic research, which may vary from modern clinical practices.

3. Client Eligibility

To book a consultation, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or have written consent from a parent/guardian.
  • Provide accurate and complete personal and health information during your booking or session.
  • Agree that all information you provide is truthful and up to date.

Aamir Wellness reserves the right to refuse or terminate a consultation if any information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

4. Booking & Payment

  • Consultations can be scheduled through our official website or communication channels.
  • Payment is required in advance to confirm your appointment.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or PayPal (for international clients).
  • Booking confirmations and session details will be sent via email or WhatsApp.
  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has been completed.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • You may reschedule your session at least 24 hours in advance by contacting our support team.
  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled consultation may not be eligible for a refund.
  • In case of an emergency or technical issue, Aamir Wellness will offer to reschedule or credit the session at no extra cost.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds for consultations are available only under the following conditions:

  • Technical failure or non-attendance from Aamir Wellness’ side.
  • Double payment or transaction error.
  • Cancellation at least 24 hours before the appointment.

All approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • All personal, medical, and consultation details shared with Aamir Wellness are treated as strictly confidential.
  • We adhere to professional standards of client privacy and data protection as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  • Consultation data is used only for providing your wellness service and not shared with third parties except when required by law.

8. Client Responsibilities

By participating in an online consultation, you agree to:

  • Provide honest and relevant health information.
  • Follow safety precautions for any recommended herbal or lifestyle guidance.
  • Immediately report any adverse reactions or side effects to your practitioner.
  • Use the advice for personal wellness purposes only — not for redistribution, resale, or medical use on others.

9. Communication Platforms

Consultations may be conducted through:

  • Video calls (Zoom, WhatsApp, Google Meet, etc.)
  • Audio calls or chat sessions
  • Email-based or written wellness plans

Please ensure a stable internet connection, privacy during the session, and access to necessary communication tools.

10. Disclaimer of Medical Liability

  • The consultation does not create a doctor-patient relationship under medical or legal terms.
  • All advice provided is based on holistic and traditional wellness systems, not licensed medical practice.
  • Aamir Wellness & Research Center and its practitioners shall not be held liable for:
    • Health outcomes arising from improper or unapproved use of herbal suggestions
    • Failure to seek timely medical attention for critical conditions
    • Misinterpretation or misuse of the advice provided

Clients are responsible for making informed choices regarding their own health.

11. Emergency Situations

Our online consultations are not suitable for medical emergencies.
If you are experiencing a serious health issue, such as severe pain, bleeding, chest pain, high fever, or emergency symptoms — please contact your nearest hospital or emergency medical service immediately.

12. Follow-Up Sessions

  • Follow-up sessions are recommended to monitor progress and adjust your plan as needed.
  • Follow-ups may be included in certain packages or available separately at a discounted rate.
  • Clients are encouraged to share feedback, lab reports, or updates for personalized adjustments.

13. Intellectual Property

All materials shared during or after the consultation — including herbal guides, diet charts, and wellness PDFs — remain the intellectual property of Aamir Wellness.
You may use them for personal use only. Reproduction, sharing, or resale without written consent is prohibited.

14. International Clients

  • Our services are available globally via digital platforms.
  • Clients outside Pakistan acknowledge that local regulations on herbal medicine and online health consultations may differ.
  • By booking, you consent to these sessions being governed under Pakistani law and Aamir Wellness’ professional ethics code.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Aamir Wellness, its founders, and staff shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from reliance on consultation advice.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aamir Wellness against any claims arising from your use or interpretation of the consultation guidance.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes arising from online consultation services shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Bahawalpur, Punjab.
